Three steps, one page

Nothing is hidden behind a form. You see the price first, and we ask who you are only if you want the estimate sent to you or a free review.

01

Pick the work.

Fifteen service categories, from a single wall patch to a whole-home renovation. Each item has a plain description and a unit.

02

Answer what you know.

A few questions about your home and the project: its age, the floor, access, finish level. Each answer adjusts the range, and anything it adds is labeled with the reason.

03

Lock it in.

Download the estimate or send it to us. We confirm it with a free on-site project review and a written estimate.

What we do

Residential remodeling, construction, repair and exterior improvement, managed from demolition and preparation through final finishing.

How we price

Every estimate starts from our 2026 price guide and adjusts for the things that really change cost: where your home is, its age and access, and the finishes you choose.

  • Every line starts from TAT Construction's 2026 price guide for the Seattle area.
  • We adjust for your city, your home (age, floor and access) and the finish level you choose.
  • Most guide prices are for labor, so we add an estimated materials allowance based on typical selections.
  • Scheduling, ordering, subcontractor coordination, inspections and site supervision.
  • A buffer for what we find once walls are open: rot, old wiring, out-of-level framing. Unused contingency is not billed.
  • You see a range because some things can only be confirmed on site. Each question you answer narrows it.
  • Work that needs a license is done by licensed electricians and plumbers we coordinate, and is shown as an allowance.

Questions homeowners ask

Is this a binding quote?

No. Online estimates are preliminary budget ranges, not a contract, bid or final quotation. Final pricing is set after we review measurements, site conditions, materials and the final scope, and the written estimate is what you agree to.

Why is the price shown as a range?

Nobody can see inside a wall from a browser. The range starts wider and narrows as you answer questions about your home and the work. The free on-site project review narrows it further.

Do you add things without telling me?

No. When an answer adds related work, such as a permit, drywall patching or haul-off, it appears on your estimate labeled with the reason. Optional items can be removed; a few safety items are locked.

What does contingency cover?

A buffer for what we find once walls are open: rot, old wiring, out-of-level framing. It is shown as its own line, and unused contingency is not billed.

Do you handle permits?

Yes, as part of your project. When work needs a permit, engineering or structural calculations, it is coordinated before that work proceeds, and permit lines appear on your estimate.

Do you speak Persian?

Yes. A Persian-speaking member of our team will contact you. Our site, estimates and emails are available in Persian.
